i am shocked and amazed by how rudely i was treated. i called to ask about the duplexes and to ask for an application to be faxed to me. they never faxed me it ,despite promising twice. they told me my phone calls were annoying and that i was to "STOP WITH THE PHONE CALLS AND WE MAY BE ABLE TO FAX YOU SOMETIME THIS AFTERNOON". they are the rudest, most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with. what would they be like if you needed something fixed one day?? i shudder to think.
