        Whispering Pines is a private, quiet mobile home community located just south of Belfast off of Rt. 3 in montville Me. Lots are large, spacious, consisting of a cement pad, two large yards, and trees which provide shade and privacy between other lots. 2 car off-road parking, personal drive-way. Locked mailboxes. The dumpster is emptied weekly, and is open to residents of the park. The park is located just far enough into the countryside to get a little peace, quiet, and fresh air, without being an inconvenient distance from the city or large towns. Belfast is only 15 minutes away, and Augusta is 35 minutes in the other direction. The park is family and pet friendly, with some restrictions on pets, dogs and cats are okay.         Overall

        Living in the park for almost 2 years, I've found it to be a quiet, friendly, private community with all the pleasures of living out in the country. The landlords are friendly and caring, and respectful of privacy, and understanding, and the neighbors are always there with a smile and a wave, and a little help when you need it! Major bonus that we get two large yards that our dogs love, and we can lounge out in our hammock with a book and not feel stifled. We are glad that after our months of searching, we chose to buy and keep our home inside Whispering Pines. It's like a campground, we love it!
