Riviera Complex

We paid cash for our room when we checked in and it was still charged on the card we used to reserve the room and they refuse to return our money. At first they said it would b returned to our account in a week. When it wasnt returned i was given the run around,calls sent to voucemail an hung up on,although i wasnt rude, just persistent. There was no wifi in the area we were housed in. When we checked in the beds were unmade snd there were no sheets in the room. When we informed the lady at the office 3 teens were sent to the room an sloppily made the beds. The water pressure was low an the shower head was stuck in one position. In the kitchenette there were no dishclothes just a worn out looking old sponge.

The main two people were cordial and helpful .

I've been staying at Riviera past 40 years and love this place. Very excited to see upgrades to Riviera which needed it badly. Sending my deposit for this years reservation. My family can't wait!

My family has been coming here every labor day weekend for almost 5 decades and I'm 21. This place is the best. Great service and amazing people who own the place. We stay in the apartments and it's amazing, love the view & having my own bedroom. The tradition will definetly continue for many many more years as long as they are here! Love these people

Small cozy, been coming for many years and always have a great time. They really do go out of there way to accommodate you. Glad to see all the remolding going on. Can't wait to go back

Loved it going back in August loved the staff they were all very nice and helpful very clean. Loved that there was dishes and stoves and grills to cook being on the lake

We have been coming to the Riviera for several years and are encouraged that the new owners are getting on track, getting the right staff in place who really care. Anxious to see the upgrades!

We have been going to Riviera for over 30 years. Last year was a little chaotic due to the late purchase of the place. I am very happy to report that we took a ride there the other day and they are busy,busy,busy. All the rooms are being redone from top to bottom and they just began the job of redoing the pool as well. We couldn't have been happier. Way to go new owners and staff!!!!!!!

Just got back from spending 5 wonderful days at The Riviera Complex at Indiana Beach. Had a great time!! Even though the park was closed most of the time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. we enjoyed watching activities on the lake. We enjoy feeding the ducks and watching the skiers and tubers and boats. Sad to leave.
