        Rotten service, rude beyond belief

        I went to Montgomery Radiator, recommended by my local mechanic, to repair a leaking oil hose. They did the work, but when it was installed, it leaked. So they ordered a new hose (instead of a repaired one) and installed it. Of course, I had to pay for the bad hose AND the installation/removal.



        I thought 'no big deal, I'm sure I can return it'. The Montgomery Radiator manager on Catoma street was hostile, rude, unprofiessional, and basically threw my refund at me saying. "Lose my address."



        Absolutely rotten service, totally unprofessional. I guess he doesn't know or care that I currently need a $450 radiator. I'll never go back. I wish I could give ZERO stars.
