Overall experience with Dream Bounce was fantastic.i placed a last minute order and they were here on time. The driver was very polite and professional, explained everything thoroughly. Other bouncer rental places would not deliver to my area since it was far away from their location, but Dream Bounce always makes exceptions and delivers .

I had never ordered a bounce house before so I wasn't sure if it would be worth it or if the kids would have fun, but this company definitely made the whole ordeal easier for us. I ordered the volcano water slide and it was very clean and you could tel that they took great care of their products. The service was wonderful and the driver was very polite. I'd definitely order from Dream Bounce again!

I PLACED MY ORDER MORE THAN A MONTH IN ADVANCE, GOT E-MAIL CONFIRMATION AND NO WATER SLIDE FOR MY FOURTH OF JULY PARTY. THE KIDS WERE SOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!! NEVER AGAIN!! THEY LIED TO ME AND HUNG UP ON ME WHEN CONFRONTED.THEIR LOW PRICING IS NOT WORTH THE DISAPPOINTMENT ON THE CHILDRENS FACES. FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND DON'T TAKE CHANCES WITH YOUR CHILDS SPECIAL DAY.

NEVER NEVER NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I spoke to a man here and ordered a jumper for my 3-year old's b-day party. I thoroughly went through the details of the party, address, time, date which jumper etc...and THEY NEVER SHOWED! There is no number to reach any of these people over the weekend, so you can't confirm or check their arrival. No company like this should EVER be in business.....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!
