        Overall

        NO ONE showed up for the appointment to hand over my car! I took off work to meet Carvana and no one showed up at our agreed upon time. No one returns my phone calls. I can't reach the local office. TERRIBLE customer service. They want everything done by their STUPID computer app "Sebastion"....NO HELP AT ALL!!
