        Great Facilities including club houses with kitchen areas, covered picnic area, heated pool, hot tub, roomy showers, free laundry, near 27 mile paved bike path, boat ramp & fish cleaning station adjacent property, walking distance to grocery & marina has grocery carts for patrons use. Wow! What a find.
