I spoke with Kenny Rogers and reserved an appointment for one week later. The night before I confirmed the time with him. Then, the morning of the appointment, he called to cancel, stating that he had obtained a job that was more profitable. It was two days before Thanksgiving, so I no longer had time to reserve another company. He advertises customer satisfaction and low prices, and yet he did not hold up to those values. I encourage other people to choose another more reliable and honest company for their carpet cleaning services.
