I use to work for Ohio Carpenters in Cincinnati, Ohio. The activist (protesters) they use are known as (shoulder to shoulder) formely known as the rat busters. Mostly consisting of homeless individuals. (No Diesrespect) Most of these people come on the job high and drunk. And they buy and sell drugs while at work with little or no supervision. Leaving their stations to go to the corner store to buy beer and so on. Some are also ex- sexual offenders. Ohio Carpenterss DO NOT: Drug screen, Do Not pay un-employment or offer any health benefits or incentives.Nor do they use background checks The weekly pay is alittle under or over $200.00 so they employ under achievers of society because they offer little to employee's they are able to profit from big dollar contracts. But is it worth it? Would you want these kinds of people protesting for you and representing your interests? I heard a guy tell a supervisor I will call Theresa that he didn't want to chat while protesting. He left and came a few days later. Just to leave it again. Why contract Ohio Carpenters when the individuals they employ are lawsuits waiting to happen while making your rights look like a joke.
