I used Custom Carpets to install carpet and wood flooring in my house. I couldn't be happier. They arrived when scheduled, did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. They even repaired a broken tile in a bathroom, no extra charge. Also, when I was choosing my floors, they showed me all the options and didn't try to sell me the "Mercedes" floor where a "Toyota" would do just fine. I also used them to repair a shower at my office. Had to fix the problems left by the first guy. They came in on the weekends to avoid disturbing my employees. Did a great job on the tile. Very reasonable price. I wouldn't use anyone else. I recommend them to all of my friends and have never gotten a complaint.

very unreliable. Missed three separate appointments to install carpet at a commercial property. Really REALLY put us in a bind as we had Movers waiting to move in furniture and an entire office crew unable to work.
