Fergy's Vape

Bought a vape less than a month ago, the thing shorts out and stops taking a charge when I followed every piece of advice given to me. Was told my money would not be refunded as this is a user error. I would highly recommend taking Vape business elsewhere, as this place clearly does not stand by its product. Call me old fashioned, but something I spend my money on should not break after a little over two weeks.
