LIAR/RUDE/THIEFHe said he could fix the glass on my s3 for $80 and it would be done in 2 hours. 4 hours later, he called me to get the phone, charged $86 and the PHONE WAS IN WORSE CONDITION than when I dropped it off. He refused to give me a refund or to fix the phone properly. When I told him it was not done right, he called me stupid and walked away. I will never go here again!!
Do NOT get your phone worked on by this guy. He has recently closed his previous office location and is now mobile. He replaced a broken screen on my iPhone with an inferior off-brand screen which never worked properly had had hot spots on the screen as well as faded colors. He acknowledged it was bad and said he would order a new one. This was months ago. I've contacted him twice to be told it was "on order." Gave up and went to another cell phone repair and was told the screen Ron used was the cheapest on the market, costing around $12.50 wholesale, and extremely poor quality. Ron charged me $128. I had Ron's horrible repair fixed at an additional cost of around $100 but it is OEM and works. Stay away from Ron and his cheap repairs!
Avoid this store like the plague. Sales rep DeAndre will lie right to your face. Promised to put me on an unlimited plan and promised a rate that CORPORATE says does not exist. Once you refuse to be upsold on their 99$ bundle they will rip you off. Simply put they are crooks. I will report to Corporate their shady and wrong business practices as well as the BBB. I have been with this At&t for 3 yrs and for the first time ever i have been charged twice on my credit card when paying for my wireless monthly bill in person which i don't do often btw when this employee named Alberto said i wouldn't be for something that mistakenly happened on his touch pad which btw aren't very pleasant to use for the customers in my opinion, I'm already hurting for money as it stands so.... imagining that :/ i am currently in the process of trying to switch over to another carrier but thanks to Alberto's mistake I'm being delayed to be able to go an do that because i have to wait until that money transfers back to my credit card! + the next day i went back and explained the situation an i was possibly talking to the manager (so it sounds?) an she didn't really act like she cared much (meaning: no apology no nothing) when I've actually encountered others with more respect than that!
