They don't answer phones??? What the heck. I was on hold 45 before someone came on the line. Then I was forwarded to 3 different departments. And the problem still wasn't resolved. I have to go to the store. I'm not happy about this. I'm a elderly customer and can't deal with this. I'm very upset. The in- store service was great when I was spending all the money I spent. But the aftermath is very poor. They have made a very satisfied customer into a VERY DISSATISFIED customer.
I took my htc evo there last week for a cracked screen they did a great job very fast & friendly they answered all my questions i had.. Id go back again and refer a friend
Kevin is the man. Absolutely astonishing. You would regret going to anyone else. He's the only person I go to and refer people to.
I've had nothing but great service here, will continue to be a frequent customer. I will not go anywhere else. Thanks
