I love Walgreens! The staff at this location are so nice and helpful. I use the pharmacy too and they're great and work so hard. It's a great place if I just need to pick up something quick like baby stuff or paper towels if I can't get to the supermarket or Costco.
a terrible experience today...the store manager was too busy telling this poor lady off and wanted to throw her out. Well, apparently she was there to buy a pain formula and he had saved the wrong bottle for her. She actually told him she was saving $25.00 for the correct formula at Sprouts. He exploded and told her off. We heard he was the store manager. I think they said Tyler. What a rude man, all he could think of was how she had wasted his time and bought at Sprouts. She told him that anyone would. And since she was shopping at Sprouts she saw it on the shelf and bought it. So what is this about? We read that village health foods has good prices? and what we found out after we left this store and compared the prices at sprouts, this lady was correct. We compared what we bought at the village health with theirs, what a difference! We were also surprised to find how Sprouts runs sales on their health products. In fact the one going on was buy one at regular price and get one free. All brands were the same we bought at village health foods.Sprouts employees were so kind and helpful, they did not show any aggression that this guy Tyler did to this poor lady. It was embarrassing to hear his insults to an older woman . My mother and her aunt and I will not go back to the village store. These people at this store must be hurting bad. Their manager Tyler displayed all the symptons. Not to mention those higher prices. Not fair trade. Beware all out there....Nancy
Love the pharmacy n store plus staff especially Stephen he was helpful in every way. I enjoyed my shopping experience
I was insulted by the store manager, Michelle High. She was intimidating and disrespectful and her fellow employee was aloof and unconcerned. She used inappropriate language and made me fear for my safety. I will discourage anyone from going to this location for fear they might be accosted as I was at her establishment.
Last night I went through CVS Pharmacy drive thru window which is very convenient, but there was the rudest pharmacist I have ever met, he was horrible to me he shut the window right in my face while I was trying to speak to him this man doesn't even deserve any star his rating in my opinion is 0- RUDE!!!
Very little selection and extremely over priced. I've overlooked these facts for years because there are few to no alternatives in Modesto. What's really frustrating is that I showed up BEFORE 8 and the door was already locked. The closing hours online are listed as 8. I thought I'd be able to grab an item really quick since it was only 7:50. The sign on the door also says that they close at 8. Another customer came out of the door and told me that she's been instructed not to let anyone else inside. I refuse to do business here again. I look forward to the day another black hair store comes to town.
This by far is one of the best CVS Pharmacy's around. This location is always bright, clean and well maintained with stock, I visit this location often and I have never seen a empty shelve. Sale items are always marked, so they are easy to spot. Customer service is outstanding, I have never waited in a long line, if more then several people form a line another cashier is call right away; you can't beat their sales and the extra care program that they offer.
You have to try the tuna sandwich. It's delicious and a great value!
They are very intelligent and helpful. Both pharmacists and offer help with their expert advice and classes.
The drive up window at CVS on Hatch has some really RUDE females working there! They act like they're working for free. I dread going to pick up a prescription, as I don't know who will be at the drive-thru window. I think it's time I change pharmacies.
