They do not answer the phones during working hours. No answering service, recorder or human. When I go into the branch, I always have to wait. Today there war 12 people waiting for a teller and the people in the cubicals had about 8 people waiting, so I went home. I finally had to call Sacramento. Connie

This is our "home" branch and they are very helpful, however they never seem to have enough tellers at the counter. As far as home loans or refi's go: 0 stars. We have been waiting 6 weeks for ours to be completed and customer advice is in the toilet. Our loan handlers took forever to get back to us... If they decided to get back to us. I called a supervisor TWICE to complain and request different people on our loan and she NEVER returned my call.
