Cost-U-Less Insurance

I was in an accident recently and my insurance tripled. I have a clean driving record, only this accident. I called cost u less and Monique was very helpful. They cut my monthly payment back down to what I was originally paying. Being a sinlge mom they worked with me on my start up fee. Thank you, Monique, you were awesome and understanding. -Shelley

I want you to get cheap insurance and they did their best to make sure I got the best policy at the best price. Monique was well-educated and funny. She made getting Insurance fun. That says a lot. Very unprofessional outrageous prices and they lie about everything and the manager tried to bully me into their insurance

When I first got this insurance they quote my a low payment and when I went there it was a different story. This insurance is a joke. They charge you to make a payment at cost u less and over the phone. They are money hungry

They are a joke bought insurance from them and asked the guy why the down payment was so high at 623 dollars and he told me it was first months payment and down payment. Comes to find out he lies to my face it Is not a down payment at all it is a 388 dollar broker fee and first months payment with another 20 dollar charge to run my driver history. And he had no idea what he was doing he took 2 hours just to get us insured and he said on the phone when I had called that if we made a app with him that day he could save us 100 dollars off our total price that day.so we mad the app for that day But when I mentioned it he said he could no longer give me the discount because he already had finalized the insurance he was a big lier the whole time they dnt care about there customers

$222 broker fee and lied to all the way thru the process. WARNING, WARNING, WARNING these people are thieves

Let me preface this by saying that I was with Farmers for 9 years and stayed faithful to that company because, well, the agent was nice, and my parents were with them, and still are. I happened to be involved in a couple of accidents the last two years, and my rates have SKYROCKETED!! It is double what I used to pay, and there is nothing my agent can do about it. I called around and got some good prices, but when I went in to buy the policy, a lot of the agents that were helping me out at some of these insurance places really didn't seem to know what they were talking about. They then raised the prices on me that they themselves had quoted, and used my accidents as excuses to why the rates went up...uh well, I ALREADY TOLD them about the accidents on the phone, so to use that as the explanation on why the price went up is totally illogical! I then got a quote from CostULess, and they offered a great price as well, the lowest I got actually. I went to their office by the Modesto DMV and was helped out by a nice young man who really knew what he was talking about. He didn't play any games with pricing, and he told me exactly how his company worked and why I could save the most money by using their services. What he did was shop all the companies he had available to find me the best prices available on the coverage that I wanted. I think they are the largest brokerage in CA if I remember correctly, don't quote me on that. But he did say that they have the most companies available to choose from. I am totally happy with the service he provided, and I am glad I am no longer paying those ridiculous prices that Farmers was trying to charge me. My agent at CostULess was able to find an insurance company that saved me close to 50% of what I was paying with Farmers after they raised my rates! If you have a few tickets or accidents, then this is probably the best place for you to go to to save some money.
