John was great he fixed my bifold door so quickly and asked me if I was retired and on a fixed income, when I replied yes he refused payment... luckily I had a Marie Callender gift card he accepted... I will definitely call A1 Handyman Services again!
Not impressed.... they installed windows for us and was recommended by Armour Roofing. They left my kitchen window looking so ugly, we could not believe that they would leave a job like. Then the sliding glass door screen was not with the initial delivery with the windows and the company had absolutely no follow through with the manufacture to get us the door, We ended having to execute the task ourselves several weeks later. Definitely would not recommend.
My husband and I were new to the area and looking for someone to give us an estimate on deck repair. It took many phone calls/emails to initially get in touch with them and many more to follow up after the initial visit. I was given a timeline of 2-3 days for an estimate, after a week, still no estimate, no communication, there was one excuse after another. They asked for another chance to prove that they could do they job with more time and give me an estimate, another week goes by and still nothing. I am still waiting for that estimate.... And have yet to hear back from them. They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever worked with. I can't believe they still have a business.
Excellent service! Very easy going but still a "can do and we'll figure it out" attitude. We supplied materials he did the work. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. His price was very reasonable. There were no over charges. He came in exactly as he estimated. Would hire again in a minute! He installed 3 pendant lights in our kitchen where some old tube florescent lighting was once recessed in the ceiling. Above the lights he installed a faux metal tiled ceiling. It looks great! He also painted the trim around the faux metal ceiling. To wire this he had to crawl through a very tight gap in the ceiling crawl space. All this for about $350!
This guy does nit have a clue !!
