Pfeffle is personable, professional and a pleasure to see in a dental situation. The staff was kind and I was able to stay with my daughter in the room waiting before procedure began.
ABSOLUTE ZERO ON KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL follow thru. Got screwed out of reimbursement check from insurance, BECAUSE THIS OFFICE (PFEFFLE) staff is incompetent. They assured me this would not happen. I would NEVER TRUST these ppl again, and I WOULD NOT recommend you see this guy. THis office NEVER APOLOGIZED for THEIR ERROR, nor reimbursed me for the money they allowed my ex to STEAL, DUE TO THEIR ERROR. CANT STAND OFFICES LIKE This who LIE and CHEAT YOU.
Wonderful man! Very kind and respectful. Down to earth and very cute. :) Everyone in the office is great too. I highly recommend!
