She was extremely rude and nasty when I asked her for a simple signature that said I went asking for something for school and she screamed at me to get out. I will never go to her again

Came in to get 2 pairs of pants hemmed. She went to hem the pants and the pin was 2in above my ankle. I asked her to move the pin bc it was obviously too short. She rudely refused to move it down when I asked. Her response was NO its fine. I went to the dressing room and moved the pin down three inches myself. They came out BARELY the right length. IF I wouldnt have moved the pin, I would have lost $150 bucks worth of pants. And she was very rude and miserable during both experiences of going into her store. Will never go back.

I always go to Sylvia to hem my jeans/pants and skirts, and to take up waists on garments. She is extremely quick at taking measurements, and finishes work quickly and accurately. Prices are also very reasonable.

I'm extremely disappointed in how lousy she sewed a dress hem. She did return my $20 check but I expected an apology instead of her blaming the stretchy dress fabric. The hem line is uneven and bunched! I'll need to find another seamstress to fix it; debating about going back to have her pay that expense. I've never written a review before but I am very upset with her work and attitude.
