They installed my hard drive into a new laptop and got me up and running within two hours. They were very knowledgeable and helpful to me. Will definitely use them again.

Amazing service, had my laptop screen replaced in about 5 minutes for less than half of what PC Professionals was attempting to charge me for a two week service. Definitely recommend going here. Very friendly service as well. Two thumbs up all the way!

I stopped in yesterday without an appointment, just clomped up the steps with an old PC. I thought it either had a dead motherboard and/or CPU. Paul promptly placed it on his work bench and ran a quick diagnostic. Five minutes later...informed me I had a partially dead power supply...that's a super quick fix...



I asked, "How much for the info?"



Replied, "We don't charge for diagnostics"



And that was that...



Many, many businesses would have tried to seriously take advantage of that situation.



I dislike on-line reviews but I thought it necessary to write one in this case. Paul is obviously an individual with some character. Offers flat-rate pricing for his services too. I love small businesses and I like the honest, competent ones even better...



I'll be giving Computer Resource some future business.
