I stop in this location across from chick filet in the morning for coffee and the same clerk is at register and never greet me or anyone with a hello or Thank you. I found a debit card on floor and gave it to the clerk, her actions was like I stole the card, she quickly sat it to the side with no facial expression or Thanks . I would have rather taking it the their bank, instead of the poor customer service I get for coming to this location.
Just hired two who need customer service training atti of some and decorum can easily change from hip hop friendly to Wrong type of neighborhood to invest
The worst service I've ever had. This big witch refused to give me change for $40 (4 tens), and then told me to report her if I wasn't happy. So I did. Funny part, I pumped gas there yesterday and she called me "baby... sweetie." Bipolar much?
If you like working with a bunch of hypocrites this is the perfect place! They are judgemental, lazy and nosey! There is no control over vendors because the so called manager lets them bring in whatever! The owner has no idea what goes on in his own store! The '3 stooges' run off most of the good workers. If only they knew how many customers really dislike them.
Worst service ever! The woman behind the counter that was to be making my samwhich acted like she was mad that I wanted a samwhich or that I walked in the store period. She had a very bad attitude all of the staff seemed to have poor attitudes seeing how anybody could see how this woman was acting toward me and they all seemed ok with it. She never asked me what I wanted just looked up at me with a smirk like I'm just supposed to tell her what I wanted. What happened to customer service and a friendly smile! I'm from Mississippi visiting your town and that is how you will be remembered by me. I want everybody to know if you come through this town ad void this store at all costs just the way the staff looks at you when you walk in will put you in a bad mood! I would give them ZERO stars if this thing would let me.
Worst station ever! Auto shut off on pumps are broke. No paper towels, window cleaner etc. at pumps. Receipts for charge empty - must go inside. Restrooms were both OUT OF ORDER! The outside of station was littered with so much with food waste and trash it was a sanitation issue. Pile of dirty clothes were laying in grass outside station. Called Texaco Corporate and the do not take responsibility for their independent stations. STAY AWAY FROM TEXACO......NO CORPORATE STANDARDS.
I would only buy gas there, on the other hand I would never have any vehicle services here. I was treated as if my vehicle or money did not matter to them. I do not understand in this day and age that doing a job properly is not valued. Then when presented with not doing the job properly getting confrontational and basically insulting the shop that did the service correctly. I will never use their services again,I will also urge people that I know personally and in business to next time drive down the street.
I have been working in the downtown area for 20 yrs and using Griffith Shell throughout that time. Imagine my surprise when the other day I had a tire going flat and I go to the this station to discover that you have to purchase $10 in gas in order to use their air. It just so happened that I didn't have $10 that day. A friend helped me use the air machine on the side of the building due to my handicap and asked to just use the tire pressure gauge and they refused because we were not a paying customer on that particular day. I have been a customer since I first started driving which was over 25 yrs. but I will no longer consider myself a customer anymore. So you can keep your tire gauge and your air and may you get all that you deserve. As I said I have worked in the downtown area and I have always recommended this station to all the people I work with and all the people that come in where I work. No more. You have lost my business and my advertisement.Written for a friend by a friend
