Nepstads Flowers And Gifts

I called to order my mom flowers for mothers day and to start the lady was very rude and she was rushing me on the phone. I live out of town so I couldn't run into the store and pick something out myself. So I trusted they would do a good job. My only request was that it was in a little basket and the amount be $20. The lady replied "oh for a basket? we can't make a basket for $20." So I increased my amount to $30. After talking to my mom and seeing the arrangement my self a few days later, not only did she NOT get a basket she got a arrangement that would of cost $15-$20 at another local flower shop. I'm discussed with this experience and will never return!
