One of the worst experiences ever. The male who did my pedicure cut half of my middle toenail off, my pinky toe hardly has any nail left and painted all over my skin to try to cover it up. He was very aggressive and when I went to look at my toe he'd cut half the nail off, he grabbed and place my foot back down hard. I wish I had read reviews before going, please avoid at all costs! While they only charged me $20 instead of $32 it wasn't enough to help how awful this man and experience was (I wish I'd found out his name).

I had a seize the deal for a facial. When I arrived on time I was left to sit and wait 15 min past my appt time while the esthetician chatted about prom with a teenage girl. When I finally got called back she was set up for a waxing instead of the correct service. I then had to wait another 10 min for her set up properly. The facial was ok but the environment was bright, not relaxing, and she was rushing to make up for the time lost. When it was time to pay and I gave the coupon I got an eye roll. That was the final straw that took away the last bit of the tip I had planned on giving. I will never go back.

If you want someone to roll their eyes at you when you ask for services to be done, or you want to be left under a light for 45 minutes while the person talks on their phone, this is the place for you. Seriously, absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere where they value the customer or at least hide their disgust for them.

First off, the guy doing my nails was an jerk.He didn't even care to clip my cuticles. Then I asked for gel and he gave me acrylic with original paint ontop. Chipped within 2 hours. They finished my moms pedicure in 20- minutes. That's not a spa pedicure. Also very unsanitary and overpriced for the crappy job they do.

Meg is amazing. I have been seeing her for almost 2 years for my Brazilian waxes, and she is the best. My experiences with her are always great. I have been other places and was not impressed and left in a lot of pain. Meg is very professional and knowledgeable. I especially enjoy the fact that I do not feel like I am in a torture session and I am not in pain when I leave. I am always pleased with her work. I also like that she offers coconut oil and warm towels, just makes the experience better.

Meg is wonderful! If you need any thing waxed in a stress and pain free way or if you're looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating facial, look no further.
