Mission Family Health Care

Poor service at the front desk which is surly and rude. Poorer service as triage nurse calls aren't returned for the day. My procedure required stitches and that was not performed and I was sent home with a band-aid and a smile - I had an infection less than 24 hours later. Could I get in that day for a follow up per doctor's orders? Nope, no call back after 4 calls that day to the triage nurse. Didn't receive a follow up call until the NEXT day. When I was told they would work me in whenever I arrived, once I did I was told I was LATE and would have to reschedule. I transferred to another doctor and THEY have already communicated my results to me. Mission Family Health still hasn't called. I wonder when they will get around to telling me? Not just rude, but negligent.

Always, a long wait to get in to see a doctor. Is it worth it???



I saw Dr. Campbell regularly but my last visit she was not in and I was scheduled with Dr (nurse practitioner) Corral. From the minute she stepped in to my appointment she was rude. I was insulted and asked for another doctor to see me. I was given the office managers name and number. I thought the customer is always rule may apply and I could see Dr Campbell in place of the sham of an appointment I had experienced. I was told that I could make an appointment with Dr. Campbell but my insurance would still be charged for my terrible visit.

I am writing this review because I want others to be aware when you are seen at this clinic they are not concerned with your health and wellness and maybe the office manager will see how awful this Doctor really is.
