Faucetman came to fix the leak under the concrete in my house. They were helpful, they had the equipment to find the leak without breaking the concrete then they broke a very small portion of the floor they even replaced the two tiles which I had. Excellent service. Thank you.

The office staff was very helpful. The plumber arrived on time and did a wonderful job. He fixed my sink and toilet. Very reasonable. He even explained how submeters work. I am installing one soon at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

the repair that they provided to a leaky toilet didnt actually solve the leak. They returned and offered a second repair suggestion that would cost several hundreds of dollars more. I think they should have repaired it right the first time rather than making me pay for (and wait around for) two visits. However, they did show up on time for both visits, which does count for something.
