These guys are awesome. I had a small problem with an oil change. Nothing huge. But I was so impressed with how Kyle and his tech handled the issue. This is how you do business! This is how you keep word of mouth going so people come to you for repairs. Go here for your auto repair needs. It's a nice simple place where you'll get honest answers, good prices and down to earth staff who are helpful.

When my girlfriends clutch went out we had very few options. The car could only go about 5 miles per hour and we had no other option than to take it to Kyle's as it's less than a quarter mile from our house. And I'm sure glad we did. They rebuilt the clutch in a very short amount of time. The rebuild kit they used had a problem with it and they ended up completely replacing the clutch free of charge. The customer service is second to none and I cannot stress the absolute level of workmanship. These days it's hard to find an honest mechanic who stands behind their work and their word. We have gone back for everything since, tires, brakes, exhaust, you name it, they can do it. They know us by name and treat us like family. They don't do the work for free obviously, but you would be hard pressed to find anyone who could beat their prices and stand behind the work like Kyle's. I've recommended them to many friends and have never heard anything other than thank you's in return. I hope you guys read this and keep up the great work. To the owners and the great employees. Thank you.

Kyle's was absolutely fantastic about replacing my engine at a reasonable price after another service place destroyed it during an oil change. He took the time to explain to me what happened to my engine and took the time to take photos of my engine and explain to me what was in the photographs. The ladies working the service counter was incredibly helpful and friendly as well. Wonderful service! I will definitely trust kyle's with my vehicle repairs and only take my vehicle here from now on!

My car overheated and I was given a referral to Kyle's. I spoke to the combo service writer/cashier/bookkeeper first thing on a Friday, who told me that they would not be able to get to my car until after the weekend. I explained the car issue to her.

She called me back on Monday about 90 minutes after they opened and explained what they had diagnosed. I then asked for a couple of routine maintenance services in addition to the fix of the original problem. When all was said and done, I was charged about $70 for labor, plus parts, which were all priced appropriately. For the amount of labor required, the charge was a real bargain. I got a call about 3:30 saying the car was ready for pick-up. It now runs beautifully.

If you are looking for a shop which knows what it is doing and will treat you very fairly, you can stop looking. Kyle's fits the bill.

Yes, you get an HONEST opinion of what is wrong and not just 'advertising' that 'WE HAVE Integrity" If you don't need something fixed, Kyle will tell you. He will NOT do MORE WORK on your vehicle than you asked him to do, UNLESS, he calls you and explains what they found other than what you had the vehicle there for. You can then decide if you want the 'additional' work done. Great auto shop.
