Mass break-in at one of their locations due to rusted/old latches on units. Lost over $500 worth of stuff."Security cameras" at location didn't see anything since they're fake cameras. Only got rental fee back after requesting it. Find someplace else that actually has updated security and insures your items.

Everything from getting the unit I wanted to a great price to ease of moving in was perfect. The staff was helpful and polite. They had no hidden Admin fees of any kind! Easy to input my access code and drive to my unit. They website was very helpful & so was the staff when I called. I love how they called when I was on Vacation and forgot to make my payment they saved me a late fee. I was told that they try to do this every month for all their clients. Talk about going above and beyond to save us a buck instead of them making the late fee! I would tell all my friends to rent from them. Highly recommend them!
