Miramar Apartments

I have been living at Treo for almost a year. The place is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. I have heard about robberies throught the community and I checked with Miramar police department. They advised me that there have been attempts and only two robberies. I think we should all take our own precautions because that can happen anywhere you live. I believe the staff is great specially the young lady at the leasing office. She is kind and has been able to help when we have needed it.

My lease is about to expire, thank God! – I got away with the nice look of the unit and I felt I will be living in an exclusive community since there are just a few units, but is definitely not that way. I want to get out of here now. Very frustrated.

Ok here you go:

1. The PICTURES on their WEBSITE are absolutely not what they are in reality, they make then look what is not. The pool is VERY small.

2. I have talk to tenants about the last 14 robberies; check the Miramar County records PLEASE!

3. NO PRIVACY AT ALL – they will walk in to your home like they own it – No notice, they will ring the bell once, then open the door with their master key. No jokes.

4. They are accepting EVERYBODY now, you will see 10 living in one unit, like from the hood, they throw the garbage everywhere; they will eat on the bench and will leave their garbage there.

5. The Town home door knobs, carpet, and some other parts are very cheap and they will start falling apart.

6. There is absolutely no cell phone signal in EVERY unit. Try it, if you go and see it, try to make a phone call inside the town home, this will be a major issue for you with time, you have to run out of the town home to get the call, or run upstairs to a place where you will have signal. No matter what you do, you will feel frustrated.

7. The blonde lady in the lease office is so obnoxious, she will treat you like garbage, she is the leasing manager or community manager. I asked her the first time, do you live here – I should have taken this as a red flag – and she looked at me like I am crazy and said “Oh No”.

These townhouses are great, however they seem to be letting whoever rent here, as long as they have great credit...you have strippers and they I just found out there is a family who is related to a child molester who comes over.



I have 3 kids who love playing outside, this is not the place to raise any kids..the crime as well seems to higher is this community than in others.
