Movie Brands Inc

I have always been happy with Mr. Movies in the past however the company policy and service during a recent family tragedy was completely unsatisfactory. On Thursday my home burned , thankfully my family got out but we lost everything. Friday I contacted the local store regarding the 2 movies and game we had rented. In the next 5 days I stopped into the store twice and called 5 times never being called back. I finally stopped down again to be told that I owed $100 dollars for replacement of the products and late fees which would continue to accrue until the money was paid. Furthermore, if it wasn't paid in 30 days I will be taken to small claims court. The total lack of empathy displayed by the company has been very disappointing.
