Mattress Firm

I actually bought my mattress from the Apple Valley store. But the gentlemen that I worked with is at the Southdale store now. They did not tell us all the detail on the return policy of our $2,000.00 mattress we bought. YES YES of course you can return it for another bed they said. They just forgot to say it had to be the same price or MORE. When we were buying the bed we actually liked another bed also which was less money then the one we bought. The sales men did not tell us the policy they had about returning. That it had to be the same price or you would have to spend more. If we would have known that we would have bought the cheaper on first ( THAT WOULD MAKE ALOT OF SENSE) Unfortunatly he was not up front with us.Also when we bought the bed he said he would throw in two pillows. We received are credit card bill to find out he charged us the pillows which was $176.00. We called he did not want help us.. BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY!
