Impact Massage & Bodywork is located at the Zen Healing Center in Pentagon Park, Edina, MN. Impact M&B was founded and operated by Anthem College Graduate Louis Newstrom. Providing the most detailed, unique, and beneficial bodywork/massage sessions available is his passion. The client's progress is his #1 priority. Specializing in; Rehabilitation, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Sports, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Range Of Motion Testing, Functional, and PNF Stretching. This variety of skills allows him to create a custom massage ranging from medical to relaxation. Sessions are 30 to 120 minutes hands on, an intake process of 5 to 15 minutes for visual assessment, ROM testing, and communication between Louis and the client. This ensures the clients concerns are charted, and Louis can develop the most efficient session. Post massage there is a 5 to 15 minute consultation period to discuss a treatment plan, and show stretches/exercises to focus on between sessions. Truly a massage that makes a difference.
