I have been renting from EIG since 3/15. Any questions or concerns I have had have been treated with respect and handled promptly, by both management and maintenance. I have never seen a roach or a mouse, my windows are not rotted out, we wash and dry for free, I have off-street parking, my heating bill is less than $70 a month, and my rental payment is unbelievably reasonable for the space I live in. My oldest son even rented the apartment above me he likes mine so well. I have and will continue to recommend EIG to friends and family.
EIG has good to rent from. They send emails with pertinent information to tenants, so you can stay informed. They also do a decent job of responding to maintenance requests, although I would recommend being very clear about your desired results with any requests you make. They are timely responders, though, which is very helpful as a tenant. Units are decently priced and have good appliances. Attractive units in my building.
EIG is one of the best management companies I have rented from. They have great communication between themselves and the tenants. I would recommend my family and friends to rent from EIG and would recommend my friends who have rental properties to hire EIG if they want to see maximum profits from their property! I give EIG 5 out of 5 stars!

We contacted EIG shortly after we purchased a townhome and decided to rent it. They came and made suggestions about what was needed to be done and shared their wisdom from experience about what things did NOT need to be done. They also provided cost estimates for painting, carpet cleaning, etc. and all tasks were done quickly and efficiently. Before long, we were getting updates about applicants, whose backgrounds were already checked and the system moved forward. The communication has been excellent, they have handled every issue that has come up and our rental income is deposited automatically to our checking account. What could be easier? We trust them and would recommend them to any one considering the rental market.
I've been living in an EIG managed property for one year. I recently renewed my lease for another year. Laura at EIG has been very responsive to my concerns and taking action when it's within the companies ability to do so. She keeps me informed to upcoming maintenance and other things that I need to be aware of. I'm speaking strictly from the perspective of a tenant, but I've been pleased with the service that I've received.
