Aljon Tool Incorporated is a engineering and manufacturing company that sells metal stampings and fabrications to many of the Fortune 500 customers, worldwide. Originally, named Precision Sheet Metal, ALJON was bought in 1972, and expanded its tool and engineering capabilities.The company offers welding, NC multiple and CNC fabrication equipment, robotic powder painting, silk screening, pad printing, die making and assembly. Its manufacturing capability ranges from prototype to 200,000 per customer. From concept, design and production, ALJON also offers custom engineering services using cost analysis, CAD and customer data transfer technology. Some of its big clients are Bell Labs, Honeywell, IBM, Texas Instruments,3M, Medtronics, Control Data Corp., Magnetic Peripherals, Seagate, Western Electric and AT&T Technologies. Its headquarters is in Plymouth, Minn.
