Please VICI, keep up with that Promotions page... I am on a budget and need more coupons so I can visit you more often!

Oh yeah... Its mostly Aveda they use too... so your skin will thank you too.

I was a student here in 2008.They are very hard on there students, and even graduating from here is very difficult because you are scrutinised by the staff for every little thing. Down to the shoes you were, wearing the wrong shoes will get you sent home for the day. Without any credit. The students are free labor for a school that makes at least 10,000$ per student per semester, with class size of about 15 to 20 students. It made me angry to know what a haul they take in at the expense of the students and patrons. Students have been in school classes 3 months before given permission to be on the salon floor. So if your looking for happy staff that are experienced in dealing with the public, and Also do a consistently good job. Go somewhere else! You will not get that here Everytime you go. Go to a professional if you can't won't or don't wanna chance it. Its a salon of stress!

Nasty management and owner. My daughter and I had been going to the school side for many years, since she was a baby and had some very bad instructors and experiences. When we tried to go to salon side, we were treated no better. Stylist made my daughter feel inferior and stylist kept sneering at her and would not speak to her. I was treated just as bad and cut was horrible---I am an older woman and I agree with lindeeee's review---they treat you terrible.

When we decided to return to salon, we were assigned the same stylists!!! I told the girl we wanted someone else and that was when the "manager"---an offensive, bald man, came over and told us we were not ever welcome back---after years of purchasing their stuff and haircuts!! To top it off, the owner calls our home and threatens us that if we step foot in their door again, he would call the police!!!

Terrible way to treat your customers---this place will be going out of business soon, guaranteed, based on the way they treat people.

Great cuts and color. Awesome price. Lots of services to choose from. Really liked the fascial.

Having been a customer with Greg who trains newbies I felt secure and trusting. Oh what a mistake. I had been going to him every eight weeks for a hair cut with a 20% tip and purchase of products. Initially it was ten weeks then eight weeks for three plus years. With no warning, last Tuesday he cut my hair so short it looks like a man's cut. I have a large cow lick along my neck line so my hair rises to the right due to the unmangeable curl. There is also a curl in the back of my head that causes my hair to separate. It is so short I can not pull it back behind my ears. I had gone to him because he cut my hair in layered bob until he decided to cut off my hair so my visits would be reduced to 4 to 6 weeks. Go there at your own risk because he trains people. Just because I am older I do want to look like a man. However Greg thinks he can do what he wants with little to no regard for the wants of his customers. When I called to speak with his supervisor or the owner Greg returned the call. He did not talk with me before cutting off my hair why would I want to speak with him now. An owner finally did call and never returned his call. Bad cut Bad Sevice Bad Resolution. Loyalty means nothing

My matron, 2 bridesmaids, and I had our hair done at Vici for my wedding. I also had makeup done. I let the girls do as they wanted with their hair and it turned out great for them. I am not a fancy person, so I told her a general idea of what I wanted and let her work her magic. She did an absolutely awesome job on my bridal hair! All I told her was a half pony with waves/ curls and gave her some artistic license. I was very happy with the simple yet beautiful result I received, it was absolutely gorgeous. I don't remember her name, but her station was closest to where you pay for your services. They even gave me a small gift for having my bridal party there (compact mirror, makeup remover, etc.). Another woman did my makeup (she had short, straight, blond hair). Again, I usually do not wear makeup so I wanted a light application. She made it look so nice, especially for a non-makeup person. Overall we left very satisfied.



My only complaint is trying to get in contact with the wedding coordinator is nearly impossible! My wedding planner called to make the appointment and they said I (the bride) had to call. I called 4-5 times with voice messages without reply. My planner contacted them again and was able to make an appointment. I was going to have the makeup done for all my girls, but because the appointment was made so late due to the mess that only I could get it. One girl was able to have her's done at the school real quick, but otherwise the other two did their own at home. We were also going to have our nails done there, but with the mess of the hair and makeup appointments we didn't want to run the risk for the nails not getting done.



So, in short, get an appointment with them a good amount of time before the wedding! Try 2-3 months minimum in case you run into the same issue I had. They still did a really good job though.



Appointments were made at the salon, not the school.

DO not go to MANDI at VICI. I asked for 6 inches and got 14 inches cut off. She does not listen or give you what you requested. She did not say she was sorry for her mistake. 4 years wasted of growing my hair.

Well, I after a terrible experience with the Vici in Brookfield I was reluctant to visit this Vici location. I donated my hair there in October 2008 and by luck of the draw got Hannah as my stylist at the Salon (not the school). I have been back four times since to maintain my new short hair and Hannah is fabulous! The prices are not bad and they have even exchanged styling products that were not working for me. If you have not tried this salon, I would say that it is worth a visit.

I received a partial highlight from Sarah - a GTS (low level stylist) at Vici Salon and Spa. She did an average job on my hair and I can't complain. However, when I got the bill it was $80! The website advertises $53.50 for a partial highlight from GTS stylists. I paid the bill and left; however, I started adding up the costs in my head on the drive home. I called the salon when I got home to inquire about the price difference.



It turns out I was charged $14.50 for styling my hair. Sarah never mentioned the charge for using a flat iron on my hair. In fact, I complained to her that at the last salon I never got my hair styled b/c it cost extra and I could do it at home for free (plus, I prefer the way I style my own hair).



The receptionist informed me that he would have Sarah explain the charges better to future clients and rudely told me goodbye. So, if you choose to go to Vici, make sure you understand what you are going to be paying for! Or, choose from one of the many other salons in the area...

OK, now I am real funny about my hair, I mean who isn't. Anyway, I decided to give this place a try, you know taking a gamble... LoL! Well it was worth it! First off, the scheduling & customer service was great! I called the same day & they told me to come right on in. So I got there, was greeted very nicely & was called back within 10min upon my arrival! Now here's where it gets exciting! I am woman of color, so I was unsure how the stylist would handle my hair so I was worried, but not too worried. The reason was because I felt comfortable going threw the process no matter what! Much to my surprise I was greeted by a male stylist (Lawrence) very, very nice young man. He then proceeded to take me back & chatted with me about what I wanted. They told me how much it would cost, which was unbelievably inexpensive! I could not believe how much they quoted me. Of course I agreed! After all that was said & done he started to do his magic! In a matter of minutes I was the princess of the place! Everyone stopped by and commented on my hair & not only that his supervisor was very impressed with his work, so was I! I felt like a million bucks walking out them doors. Only to be returning soon because I will. Its definitely worth it. You can't beat the price, quality, customer service or satisfaction! Call now for an appointment, you won't be sorry, I promise! =)

The private changing rooms are supplied with fluffy robes and towels and a wide selection of Aveda products. The showers have a great combination of rainfall and body jets, and they even heat the floors so your toes don't get cold.



Their massage therapists and aestheticians are professional, polite and very friendly. After your service they escort you back to the relaxtion room for more beverage and snacks.



It is a marvelous experience that everyone should try!

I went in for a haircut and ended up with an 1 1/2 hour facial that was fantastic. They offer a great selection of services including hair, makeup, pedicures, manicures and facials at a reasonable price.
