I have attempted to patronize this store for years and i have been treated worse and worse.My family and friends have collectively decided to NEVER RETURN to that location last night 7-13-08 not only did they not have ANY hot-wings they ran out of sides as well,we decided to have taco bell items and we were DISGUSTED by the ATTITUDES of MOST of the employees not only were thet UNPROFESSIONAL they were also RUDE and seem to lack basic ENGLISH skills.I am not sure what your TRAINING includes but maybe instead of hiring and having them WATCH A TAPE on the rules and regulations someone with proper etiquette and grammar actually TEACH them how to treat people especially when you are in the CUSTOMER SERVICE field and maybe not have a person waiting for 20+ mins it is simply SAD AND UNACCEPTABLE.In closing I am going to share these comments with the B.B.B. as well someone should go oversee that location as well as n76th street you are losing ALOT of MONEY!!!!!! THANK-YOU FOR YOUR TIME THE PERKINS FAMILY
