Jomela Properties

Stay away from Jomela Properties!!!!! They have an infestation of bed bugs and mice. I've had to go out and buy sticky pads every other day to catch mice. The other day caught 3 on one pad but they keep coming back. No matter how much I clean or plug up holes they keep coming back. Maintenance is a big problem too. Took a week for them to come fix my sink when it was flooding over. Messed up all of my nice towels to try n stop the water from flooding outside of my door. But they will be dicks when it comes to making a monthly payment. Best stay away if you are smart. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Wish I would of listen to the neighbors
