Jacobus Energy, Inc. is a provider of petroleum products and fueling services for homes and businesses throughout the Midwest and South. Founded in 1919 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the company has supplied homes and businesses with a variety of fuels throughout the years, including wood, coal, coke and petroleum products. In the mid 1980s Jacobus introduced automated fueling for commercial fleets, and a new division, Quick Fuel, was founded. In the years that followed, Quick Fuel quickly expanded, and now serves thousands of fleets throughout the Midwest and South with a variety of fueling solutions. In the 1990 s Jacobus Environmental Services, headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, was created to eliminate customers' risk associated with the disposal of non-hazardous used oil. Jacobus Environmental specializes in the collection, testing and recycling of used oil, oily water, used antifreeze, oil filters and absorbents. The Company serves businesses in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and upper Michigan.
