Arby's

I drove through Arby's at 12:30pm on Sunday, November 7th 2010. I ordered a medium Cheddar-melt, with large curly fries, root beer, 5 piece jalapeno poppers and a cherry turnover. I was charged $14.95 by an employee named Melvin, who had long dirty finger nails, a dirty uniform and greasy hair. Melvin gave me my change and had me pull forward as my food was not yet ready. There I waited 15 minutes for my food to be prepared taking up the remainder of my lunch break while they forgot i was there. After waiting 15 minutes I was handed my food with out circumstance or apology for my wasted time. I arrived back at my job on-time to quickly eat and punch back in in less then 5 minutes. when i looked in the bag there was NO RECEIPT, or napkins The curly fries were cold and a size smaller then what I ordered and paid for. The soda was a medium not large and was flat. The turnover was rock hard and the cheddar-melt was not hot and had very little cheese sauce. I was surprised that the Jalapeno poppers were hot but they were overcooked and almost burnt. Over all I found this visit to be disgusting and inexcusable and will seriously have to consider whether or not I will return to this restaurant or whether I will inform my friends to avoid dinning there and find another location to dine at. That will have to depend on your response to this very unsatisfactory visit. I feel it would be appropriate to terminate the employee, Melvin with the poor hygiene, and customer service and hold the management to higher standards for their hiring practices I expect a better quality at a restaurant that bares the name Arby's.



I have notified Arby's of my experience, I will inform this forum If Arby's makes any step to rectify the situation with compensation by changing my review with a follow up review.
