Wonderful service. Only place I know you can call and the owner answers the phone. Best rates around. Employees top notch As to the person who was 10 days late and need propane, I don't see how that is possible. You should not need propane that soon. I highly recommend Bob Willey. I jumped ship from another large heating and propane co. in our area that was charging higher rates. They put the rates up when oil was up and never brought them back down when the cost lowered. Shame on them.

Horrible service. We were 10 days late one month after years of on time payments and they stopped delivery without notice! Do not use if you depend on Propane for heat.
