My son who owns a pet store in Baltimore, contracted these people to come to Baltimore to take pet Christmas pictures. Despite having to have surgery, he spent hours and hours of PRECIOUS time advertising and getting people to sign up for these photos. Unfortunately he only got a few people -- hard as he tried. Thinking he would get "walk-in's", he went ahead with the photo shoot. Having called the day before and not asking for an estimate, Precious Pet Photo's came up. The one photo helper even said they find a lot of people show up on photo day. Well, there were only approximately 4 or 5 appointments but the staff at pet store tried continuously to get people to have pictures taken. Finally one lady was excited, but had to go home to get her credit card. In the meantime, the photography comes into the front of the store and states that he is packed up and leaving because "i'm not sitting around here making no money." He not only left the late afternoon appointments stranded; but he also elected not to wait for the lady who was already on her way back with two pets in toe. This left the store with the very unfavorable task of calling the people who did sign up and telling them the shoot was cancelled AT THE LAST MINUTE. It also meant the woman showed up with two dogs and got no photo's. Now, what kind of atmosphere does that create both for my son's store and for the photographer?



I felt these Precious Pet people were extremely unprofessional. I understand no one wants to sit around and not make money; however they came into this with their eyes wide open. There were totally aware that there were people signed up for later in the day. My son even offered to call them to come earlier; but apparently they were all packed up and ready to go. I think the professional way to handle this would have been for the gentleman to say "My wife and I aren't busy so we'll go get something to eat (or shopping, or site-seeing) for an hour or so and return for your appointments. If anyone else comes in, please ask them to sign up for that time period. Not just pick up your marbles and go home!!!!!!! I personally drove almost 2 hours that morning to help out with the store, and I didn't run out just because no one showed up. These people have to realize that times are tough and people cannot afford money for pet photo's. However, the few that did sign up could potentially been high paying customers. One will never know since they weren't afforded the opportunity to sit for the appointment they signed up for.



I don't wish ill will to Precious Pets, but I will tell people that the owners have some very unprofessional and unbusiness-like ways about them that is very undesirable to the rest of the folks in the same business. These days small business owners need to support each other -- not stab them in the back and make them look bad. Thank you.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP

I HAD MY MEMBERSHIP FOR THE REQUIRED YEAR, ALTHOUGH I NEVER USED BECAUSE THE BEDS WERE HORRIBLE.



I'VE BEEN REQUESTING MY MEMBERSHIP BE CANCELLED NOW FOR 6 MONTHS AND THE $$ IS STILL BEING TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. EVERY MONTH I AM ASSURED THAT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN & THE NEXT MONTH, IT IS WITHDRAWN AGAIN.

Cute store!

I purchased three pups from them over the last 6 years. From the first pup to the most recent, they are very knowledgeable, carring and nicest people. My third pup was a special pup we requested, needed a specific size. They called the breeder while we were there and even let my daughter talk to her on the phone to assure her that her puppy would be sent the very next week. If you are going to purchase from a pet store, I highly recommend this store.

Thanks for three very healthy family members.

Excellent service

My air conditioner was not working on the first heat wave of the year 2008. I called about 10 companies and the earliest anyone could get out to me was in 4 days. I called Elite and they were there that day. GREAT service.

I'm really enjoying the center. I look forward to getting in and knocking out my routine without feeling self-conscience. Everyone is so friendly including the staff and other patrons. The center is conveniently located in the same shopping center as my bank and the grocery store. Even though I've only loss 6 pounds in the three weeks since I joined, I've received numerous compliments on my "slimming" figure.



Snap fitness is a perfect fit for me. You'll be seeing my face around for some time.

an amazing steak sub place located right in the heart of Millersville by Old Mill High, it's like 2 stores down from Shopper's, its a little place but the subs are cheese fries are amazing
