Overall

Very excellent service - will pick up mower for reasonable fee (mine is 54" deck so difficult for me to take in. Work done is excellent and accomplished in reasonable amount of time. Have used since moved here in 2002 and provide excellent service.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE !!!



Referred by the Walmart and Lowes, who if smart would cancel their contract with them and go elsewhere.



I went by and made arrangements for my riding mower to be picked up & delivered [$50.00 fee]. Their labor is $60 an hour.

Ok, the delivery price was high but I figured I'd eat this cost once since the mower would be fixed, (reality has proved otherwise).



They picked up the mower (2) weeks after they said they would and delivered it a week and a half later. The old lady was very quick and persistant to collect the monies of which I paid the same day od delivery. (17 phone calls in one day after 1pm.) I had called earlier and told them to deliver after 5pm. They can't or don't follow directions. My bill was over $200.00. My MOWER STIIL DOES NOT WORK.



They can write a long detailed bill, but if the work was not actually done, this is FRAUD. Billing for work not done is FRAUD in any business.



Ga Mowers should be investigated is my recommendation.



I went by 3 times to have them pick the mower back up to have it fixed since it still was not working after the first time the "fixed" it. The old lay, smiling (greedy B****) said they would have to charge me AGAIN for the pickup & delivery or I needed to bring it in myself. Retorical question: If I didn't have a way to tote the riding mower the first round, how am I to get it there for round two? Better yet, Why should I pay them and extra $50.00 since they obvious didn't fix it the first time?



I am out over $200.00 due to these SWINDERLERS, my riding mower is still not working, and the grass keeps on growing.



Shame on you, you fooled me once; shame on me, fool me twice.



They recently put up a 30 day labor warranty sign which, as my 15 yo pointed was not there originally. 30 day warranty? Ha ha ha



I have argued with them for 2 months about my mower not working; so much for warranty. The old lady was without apologies and said so. Talk about your balsy con artists!

Rude and Unreliable

Told me my lawn mower would be repaired on Wednesday. On Friday told me it would be Saturday. On Saturday said it would be Tuesday. Offered no apology for the delay and told me that "if I didn't like it," i could come pick up the (unfixed) mower and be charged for the time they'd worked on it. Yeah, right. Finally got it back on Thursday only to discover they'd purchased $75 worth of parts and charged me another $75 in labor (for a lawn mower that's probably not even worth $100) without pre-approving the charges or giving me an opportunity to decline the service. This is the second bad experience with these folks. Won't use again and advise everyone to steer clear.
