I am having a terrible time getting the equipment prescribed to me. There is one person there who cannot be bothered to give out ANY information either. My doctor sent in a prescription for a portable oxygen tank 2 WEEKS ago. I've got nothing! If it takes that long for it to come in, you would think they would tell you that. At the end of the first week all I could get was that it wasn't there. Frankly, I'm not in a hurry to call them back because my blood pressure can't stand the hit!!
