Nooch's Pub and Grill

Living in the village of Millbrook, my husband and I enjoy patronizing the local businesses and have been known to do so quite often. We had been in Nooch's several times and while not overly impressive it was alright. The staff seemed to be somewhat inexperienced in working in the industry as they were often less than welcoming however as previously stated we enjoy supporting our local businesses. However, when my husband and I went in for a quick drink on December 9th we were greeted with very unfriendly bar staff, who proceeded to ID me; while flattering this act was certainly unwarranted. When presented with my government issued ID which contained my photo and date of birth I was turned away and told it was "not an acceptable form of ID". When then informed that we are local and walked over, I was not afforded the same courtesy that I have bestowed upon them.....a courtesy that I unfortunately will no longer be providing. It's unfortunate and very disappointing that a local business such as Nooch's does not have the respect for it's local patrons you would expect from a small village pub.
