Gina's Bridal

They are just the best! Super nice, accommodating, honest... they are very good at what they do! Im so excited to wear my Gina's gown in December!

I had the most wonderful experience at this boutique. After shopping for months I was so happy to have been sent to this store. It's a gorgeous store and looks so high end but their prices are so reasonable and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend to any brides looking for dresses for themselves or their bridesmaids.

At first, we were very pleased with Gina's, but were ultimately very disappointed with their service and ESPECIALLY by Paulita in alterations. For my first two dress fittings, no changes had been made to the dress whatsoever - everything was only pinned into place. For my last fitting (and only fitting where everything was sewn), Paulita didn't even show up! The dress did not fit and we had to spend 4 hours the day before the wedding in alterations making changes that could've been taken care of much sooner. Not only that, but Paulita was incredibly rude and blamed me for the dress not fitting correctly. She did an awful job and Gina's still charged us for the changes! For what you pay for the dress and for the alterations, it is well worth it to go elsewhere - I won't be recommending Gina's to any of my newly engaged friends!

My daughter's wedding is autumn 2011. During a summer 2010 window shopping day in downtown Milford, she and I decided to see if we could drop in to browse Gina's salon. (Generally, bridal shops require an appointment. Not even the discount store David's Bridal would allow us in without one and literally turned us out the door.)



Gina was pleased to see us, allowing us to look over every dress in the shop. My daughter found 3 dresses she wanted to try on. Gina was VERY friendly, helpful, and professional, and even though we only intended to browse, she made time for my daughter to try on those gowns.



The first dress she tried was THE ONE. We made an appointment for January 2011 for a real fitting and to place the order. Gina's set aside that time for my daughter to have a completely private appointment. She was the only bride in the shop and every staff member tended to her needs. They took great care of all four of us, the Mom, two Bridesmaids, and the Bride.



I highly recommend Gina's! The only reason I gave a rating of 4 out of 5 stars is because we have not yet received the gown (it's expected on time) and I couldn't honestly give a review regarding that. But, based on everything we've experienced so far, I expect the dress delivery and final fittings to go just as smoothly as the rest of the service we've received.

I was so happy to have found the perfect dress. Then at Gina's suggestion I let the seamstress who worked out of her store do the alterations. When I got the dress back I cried. I could have done a better job myself. She had taken all the extra fabric and just folded it over on the inside and tacked it down. The sides are now all bunched up and the seams on the outside are now very noticably uneven. When I tried to complain to Gina I was told that it had been my choice to use this seamstress. They also told me that their other seamstress was too busy to fix the dress for me. I begged Gina to help me. She told me I had two options. I could track down the seamstress that had messed up my dress (who they had fired the week before) or just take it to someone else to fix. I demanded my money back. Even though I had written the check for the alterations to Gina's Bridal they refused to help or give me any kind of refund. They have totaly left me hanging. So to anyone in the Milford area looking for Bridal wear, be careful.
