Won't return to this company!! Took my car to get an easy part replaced. When I 1st checked to see if they could get the part, they said for $53. During my own search, I'd found the part for $7. So, was then told they'd look for a cheaper one rather than for $53, so I waited to purchase the one I'd found. They then ordered the $53 part anyway. When I went in to set a repair date, they then told me they'd ordered it, but it COULD be returned. So, I went ahead & also brought the part I'd found, which they used on the repair. I came in to pick up the car & pay & made the mistake of handing the secretary my credit card before realizing they were also charging me the $53 for the part they told me they'd return (which I found was NOT even a completely NEW part), and which they also didn't use during the repair, otherwise I'd have returned mine. Couldn't believe it! After more debate & asking whether they were going to lose a customer forever over a $20 profit they said, "I'd prefer that"!
