Beehive Storage

My wife and I rented a unit there for one year. Never have I seen such a dirty unit. Broken into as well and was unwilling to provide any video footage for anything. If I could put less stars I would. Totally unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever! I called on a Sunday, I knew they were closed, was trying to get info, a website something so i could use them as they are 3 blocks from my house. Someone answered the phone and said "Yes". I said, Hello, He then said What do you need? I said Is this Beehive Storage. He said yes, we are closed what do you need. I said I was calling to get rates, I thought I'd get a machine. He then said We are closed, call back tomorrow at 9 am and I can help you then. I said okay. Goodbye. I then looked at my husband and said if you aren't open why would you answer the phone? And he was rude. Didn't even say Hello. I then received a phone call back from him with a message saying, "First of all I did not answer my phone saying Beehive Storage, I said hello. And second of all this is my home which is why I answer the phone all the time. So please don't call here again, you are not welcome to rent here at my facility. Thank you." I still have this voicemail. And I went and rented at Public Storage for $1.00 for my first month.
