I had been a customer since they first opened their doors and recently their service and treatment of customers has been nothing short of AWFUL. First I was getting regular acrylic nails and would get looked over while others came in and received service right away. Then I went to another salon and got a gel manicure that turned out amazing 3/4 weeks later I go to Grand Nail for another gel manicure and recognized some steps were skipped but the tech wrote me off like oh its the same. Literally 1 week and 2 days later my nails like AWFUL, the color is dull, it has blotch spots, and lifting. I go back to show TINA the owner and she treats me as if I was trying to receive something free. NO I just wanted what I paid for!!! The shop is beautiful but the staff is rude and unprofessional. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND ADVISE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME..
The owner is nasty. Hates blacks and other minorities. Dont go there and spend your money....run

Horrible experience. I had a horrible time trying to get an appointment after being given a groupon in July as a gift and after waiting for over a month for an appointment was rescheduled because Cookie needed to leave early although she advertises closing at 8pm. This should have been a sign not to go there, however I still went at the beginning of September and got the worse Full set and Pedicure that I have ever had in my life. Nails were taken off in less then a week. I only wish I could give 0 stars.
I've been going to High Touch for over 10 years. They do consistently good work and always make the customer feel important. They go out of their way to give a great pedicure.Carolyn

My expectations were exceeded. Very professional staff, they are a bit pricier than most and it's worth every penny. Attention to detail and great job, probably the best manicure I've received!
My nail chipped less than a week after having them done here. So I go back to get a repair. When I go in they start working on other customers nails that came in after me. Then they get a guy who apparently has hardly any experience with doing nails to work on mine. He messed my nail up (not enough coats of powder and uneven looking!) For what should of been a very simple repair, I was there over an hour! I was a regular customer there but to get treated like this, I will not go back! No one even had the decency to check on me to make sure he was doing my nail right! They knew he should not be doing nails bc while he was doing mine he was asking a coworker what to do with my nails. Im very disappointed with my experience here!
They decided to no longer sell their frequent customer cards because people didn't honor the expiration date. Ok....seemed unfair to good customers who respected the rules set forth. The owner, Candy, just threw me out of her salon because I complained about them punishing loyal customers rather than telling the people who abused packages they couldn't use them after the expired. She literally bitched me out in front of other customers! I posted on facebook what happened & she came in with a check to refund me on the remainder of my packages. She told the girl to stop my pedicure and for me to leave! I pointed out that the refund didn't include today's services & I wanted to finish what I paid for. She not only refused to let the girl continue, but told me she wasn't giving me back the money for today! I had to leave with nail polish removed from one foot...no other services provided for my $55 today! I can't believe she gets away with treating a customer of over ten years like this!
