Zheng Garden Chinese Restaurant

My friend and I walked into the restaurant and before sitting down the lady asked, " lunch or dinner menu?" My friend looked at me and I replied that it didn't matter to me because I wouldn't be eating. Long story short- The waitress was very short with my friend and asked her what she wanted to drink. The waitress didn't acknowledge me and brought back only a water for my friend. My friend then asked the waitress very nicely if she could get me a water as well. The waitress then walked over and slammed my glass of water on the table. She then angrily slammed down the condiments tray on the table, said nothing and walked away. My friend and I chose not to order food and left immediately. We weren't greeted, they made no eye contact and did not say anything as we left. I'm never going back.

It is a very niceplace for sit down but no.. do not have food delivered or pick up UNLESS you double check the order. We have noticed the family who owns the business is not quite ... well ... friendly... but if you come into the restaurant they usually perk up with a bit of a smile from you. still a very nice neighborhood place to eat. we would miss it if it went out of business ... although I did just try to order a pick up and they never answered the phone so I had to call elsewhere *sad*

This is by far my favorite place to get Chinese food in the area. The food always tastes fresh. The service are friendly and the price are very reasonable.

It's always been convenient but they have never been friendly. Ordered yesterday, had it delivered and it was not good at all. I called to let them know as I thought they'd want to know. They argued w/ me and told me the chef said it was fine, told me if I wanted it better I'd have to pay more to get it right. They told me to bring it back up there if I hadn't eaten any of it, which I had eaten very little. They hung up on me. I called back and told them I was shocked at their reaction to me as I thought they'd want to know. I told them I planned on passing the word and they told me they didn't care what I did. They passed the phone around and several said ugly things to me, told me not to call back and hung up on me. I am still shocked. I was very nice to them. I have been a regular customer due to convenience for years. Stay away from these people. They have never been nice but had no idea they cared this little!!!

Avoid at all costs. The food is awful and customer service is insulting. It is a poor exceuse for Chinese food. If you want a good meal look elsewhere.

If you want really good Chinese food in what I consider an old fashion atmosphere, this is the place for you. The food is great; the atmosphere is clean, quiet and relaxing; and the staff are very efficient.

The food is amazing for the price! Its location is great and the people are so hospitable. The atmosphere is nice and you get a lot of food for your money. We highly recommend this place.
