Bought 3 phones and an unlimited service plan. Before going to the store after they did my credit check that there would be no down payment. Wrong! Had to pay $75. Assistant manager, Leland, said he was sorry and would call me that evening about discounts, money back etc after talking with manager. Never called. Called the next day, talked with the manager and said nothing he could do. Another lie. Was told we would get a military discount. Went online to apply and found out the unlimited basic plan is not eligible for a discount! Another lie. Told Leland we did not want the sprint protection plan. Even signed a paper declining it. $45 on my bill for protection plan. Another lie. Leland and the manager will tell you anything to get a sale but will not back anything up. If you want to deal with liars, con men etc. go to the Sprint store on Commonwealth Parkway!
Terrible customer service and communication! I upgraded my phone with a customer service representative named Chris. He told me that they were running a promo with each iPhone upgrade to receive an iPad mini for $50. Unfortunately, they were back ordered at the time so he was going to call me when they came in. I received no call within the week so I followed up to no avail. I continued to call over the next several weeks, leaving messages that were never returned. Finally, I get ahold of him today. Low and behold the promo is over and I will not be receiving what I was promised. I have been a loyal Sprint customer for over 10 years. Now I will be forced to take my business elsewhere. If you promise a customer something, you must communicate effectively and follow through. I am a very dissatisfied customer.
