        OMG!!!

        The Enclave is not an apartment, it is a utility company in disguise. even though it is highly illegal, they have made it so that you MUST buy cable from them. They charge twice as much as the the best packages around and the system barely functions at all! The internet is slower than dial up. The phone service still charges long distance fees, and the cable itself fails on a daily basis! No B/S. Right this minute, on a bright sunny day, I cannot watch TV. NO SIGNAL!!! WTF. So happy to be moving in a month. On the bright side, the place is new, but that is about the only good I can say. The GYM is worthless. One working treadmill, and no upper body equipment. Oh yeah, the gutter above my deck POURS water all over my back door. If it is raining you can't even open it. Asked them to fix that for a year. NO RESPONSE. My view is nice, but who cares! Everyone is leaving here, and rightfully so. Way to many empty apartments, and strangely enough, they do not advertise to fill them. It's like they are trying to go out of business. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!
